The “Servant Equipping Stages” are designed for anyone who desires to join a Serve Team. They were selected to gain a better understanding of our philosophy here at Love Church, keeping us on the same page as a team. They were also selected to help each team player grow closer to Christ and EQUIP them to serve.

We believe that this vision can only be accomplished by God working through ALL who call Love Church their church home. Just like in athletics, the military, or in music, each person needs to play their part for the team to be successful.

SERVE TEAMS are all the available volunteer teams at Love Church for you to jump into, using your God given gifts to serve God and bless others. Get off the bench and into the game today!

EQUIPPING STAGES

The following equipping stages were selected to help you gain a better understanding of our philosophy here at Love Church as we serve, thus, keeping us like-minded as a team and challenged to grow closer to Christ.

STAGE 1
  1. Accepted Christ
  2. Water Baptized
  3. View Vision Series
  4. Read and agree with “What We Believe“
  5. Read and agree with “Philosophy of Ministry“
  6. Read “How to Worship a King” by Zach Neese
STAGE 2
  1. Completed “One-To-One Discipleship” workbook
  2. Actively involved in a Small Group
  3. Read “Why Grace Changes Everything” by Chuck Smith*

  1. Actively serving on a Serve Team
  2. Read “Discipleshift” by Jim Putman*
  3. Read “On Being a Servant of God” by Warren Wiersbe*
